Prescription Remake Policy - Many Learn to See patients require changes to their prescription during treatment. Here's how we support that:

• Patients of Learn to See Vision Clinic:

  • Unlimited prescription remakes for 6 months from the date of the original order

  • A $10 shipping fee applies to each remake

  • If any materials are upgraded, you’ll only pay the price difference

Using Your Own Frames

• You may use your current frames if they are in good condition

• Please note: The lab and Learn to See Vision Clinic are not responsible for any damage to used frames during processing

Warranties

• Lenses: 1-year warranty against scratches

• Frames: One-time replacement warranty for 1–2 years, depending on manufacturer

Vision Therapy Policies

Weekly vision therapy is a commitment you make to yourself and to the program for best results. Regular absences are a problem for your progress and patients waiting to start vision therapy after you complete your program. Therefore, we have vision therapy patients sign a Vision Therapy Agreement Form so there is clear understanding of attendance and payment policies.

Third Party Payment Policy

If the Learn to See Vision Clinic bills your lawyer, auto insurance, or workers comp for your evaluation, we require a Third Party Agreement Form to be signed, including a stored credit card number in case your insurance company denies the claim or your benefits have been exhausted. You will be notified of any balance before your credit card is charged.
