Payment Options

  • The Learn to See Vision Clinic is not a provider for any health insurance or vision plans. We are a fee for service clinic with payment due at your appointment.

  • We take cash, check, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, Pay Pal, and Pay Later if you need a way to extend payments. Pay Later is offered through Pay Pal and allows you to extend your payments into 4 automatic payments every two weeks without added interest or fees. Monthly payment plans are also offered with interest through Pay Pal.
  • We are committed to transparent pricing for all patients. A 3% convenience fee is applied to payments made with credit cards, reflecting the processing costs charged by credit card companies. There is no fee when using debit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards
  • We give an estimated fee for services including MNCare tax, and procedure codes if needed for checking with your insurance company for out-of-network coverage.
  • When your bill has been paid in full, you will be provided with a paid invoice in your patient portal that you can submit to your health insurance for out-of-network coverage.
  • If applicable, the Learn to See Vision Clinic will bill your lawyer, auto insurance, or workers comp for your evaluation. In order for us to bill your insurance or lawyer, we require a Third Party Agreement Form to be signed, including a stored credit card number in case your insurance company denies the claim or your benefits have been exhausted. You will be notified of any balance before your credit card is charged.
